It is close to “Lido Arenella”.<br />The place is very pleasant and calm.<br />In the cottage there are two absolutely indipendent flats.<br /><br />Description of groundfloor’s flat:<br />2 double-bedrooms, 1 living room with sofa (double folding bed), kitchen, bathroom with shower, external wash-basin. large verandah.<br /><br />Description of first floor’s flat:<br />1 double-bedroom, 1 small room with 2 bunk beds, 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, external wash-basin. large terrace.<br />Guest facilities:T.V., wardrobe, cupboard, ceiling paddle fan, curtains, external shower, parking-area.<br />Appliances :Crockery/cuttlery, kitchen utensils, cafetiere, meat grill, gas cooker, mini-oven, refridgerator.<br />Size of gounds: 500 m2<br />Size of lawn: 100 m2<br />The villa is located about 10 km in the south of Siracusa. There is a bus station near the cottage where the busses start every 90 minutes. Elle est située a côté de la plus belle plage et des plus beaux rochers de la Sicile Orientale,où a lieu le Lido Arenella.<br />Le lieu est très agréable et délassant.<br />Dans la villa,il y a deux appartements complètement indépendents.<br /><br />Au Rez-de-chaussée Il y a:<br /><br />Deux chambres à coucher doubles, un grand sèjour avec un divan-lit matrimonial,une cusine,un bain avec la douche,un lavabo à l’extérieur et une grande véranda.<br /><br />Au premier étage Il y a:<br /><br />une chambre à coucher avec un lit matrimonial, un sèjour + un petit coin avec un lit superposé,une cusine + un bain avec la douche+ une machine à laver avec un lavabo et une grande terrasse.<br /><br />Une douche à l’extérieur,une télévision,une place pour la voiture ou le camping-car,un jardin qui a 500 mètres carré de large avec 100 mètres carré de pré anglais.Il y a aussi des arbres fruitiers.<br /><br />La villa est située près de la mer où il y a une plage libre de sable,un établissement de bains et,devant la plage,on peut voir des rochers .<br /><br />La zone,où se trouve la villa, a:un arrêt pour les autobus (un pullman toutes les 90 minutes),un supermarché,un boulangerie,un marchand de fruits ,une pizzeria et un bar.<br /><br />Distance de Siracusa: 10 Km<br />Distance de Noto: 20 Km<br /><br />tel.
